Breakin Wax: 2014 Totally Certified Football Pack Break

Totally Certified is one of my favorite revived products from Panini year in and year out, so I had to get my hands onto some form of it. Since I couldn't afford a hobby box this time around, I decided to pick up a pack and see how it would go. Well, it went like....
In every pack of 2014 Totally Certified Football there is 5 cards per pack with one hit per pack. Each pack runs for under $15 which can either be a bargain or not so much. In my case, I don't think it was.

Here were the base cards from my pack. I like the design with the micro etching as they continue to stick to the basics of Totally Certified. The one thing I wished they could have fixed with the base was adding color to the player names.

I did add a nice Jennings for my PC however and pulled a Jeremy Hill for my rookie one.

And my pull of the pack. Yes, he is a Top pick, but it's a defensive guy. That to me is almost like a no-name hit. Don't get me wrong, I love defense and defensive guys, but they get no hobby love.
Overall, I think some great value can be found in pack breaks like this, just not in the one I got. I still am a fan of Totally Certified, I just need a box break of it next time :)
