CARDBOARD REVIEW:2019 Certified Fooball (Bonus Hit!!)

Alrighty folks! Panini Certified is back again for 2019 and comes with everything you love about it. The nostalgia, the foil and the patch autographs and some legends of the past.

Every year I try to get my hands onto a box just to say I kept up a streak. So let's see how the 2019 version treated me.

In every box of 2019 Certified football, there are 10 packs of 5 cards. Much different configuration without the 24 packs. There are four hits including 2 autographs per box. Boxes currently stand at $125.

BASE:
The Certified design sticks to it's regular look. A player focused foil covered card. Once in awhile with added border design like this years. There are 200 cards in the base set including,

30 Immortals that are players from the past and are numbered to 399

And these rookies that are numbered to 399. You may find some hidden gems in the rookie mix as most aren't the big names you will find in the autograph patch version.

PARALLELS:

Overall look at the parallels in Certified
MIRROR PARALLELS: Mirror /450, Orange /199, Red /99, Blue /50, Teal /35, Gold /25, Gold Etch FOTL /25, Purple /10, Green /5, AND Black 1/1.
IMMORTALS/ROOKIES MIRROR PARALLELS: Mirror /299, Orange /199, Red /99, Blue /50, Teal /35, Gold /25, Purple /10, Green /5, AND Black 1/1.

Mirror /450 of Wentz. Will be interesting to see how he comes back this year (hoping Giants won't let him do much)

Red /99

Orange /199 of Jason Taylor.

INSERTS:
Most if not all inserts have the following parallels,
Teal /35, Gold /25, Purple /10, Green /5, and Black 1/1.

Raise The Banner has 25 cards celebrating some Super Bowl wins

Seal Of Approval has 15 cards of studs in the NFL

Record Breakers has 15 cards and celebrates all of the big number moments

Gold Team has 20 cards and includes some veterans and legends of the game

Diamonds those star players for each team. Well for most. There are 25 cards including a Barkley I need!

HITS:
Fabric Of the Game has been a staple in Certified and once Totally Certified which I hope Panini brings back the micro etching product some day.

New Generation is rookie loaded like this Slayton of the Giants who could get some play time with Tate out the first four games

Irv Smith Jr is a Mirror Orange /299

Freshman Fabric is technically apart of the base set and picks up at card 201 and finishes at card 240 which is this Renfrow. Two decent WR's I landed but not sure how great they will be on the teams they play. One thing I will say, look at the patches! Design is nice to.

Other hits not in my box but could be in yours include,
  • Rookie Signatures
  • Mirror Signatures
  • Mirror Signatures Parallels
  • Rookie Roll Call Signatures
  • Certified Potential Signatures
  • Established Autographs
  • Fabric of the Game Signatures
  • Gold Team Mirror Signatures Gold Etch
  • Certified Gamers Mirror Relics
  • Superb Swatches
OVERALL:My hits weren't that big in my break, but an extra hit helps. What also is great is that I didn't get any Panini Points or a redemption card, so that's a plus. The product looks great as a whole and I especially have a man crush on the Freshman Fabric.

With so many hits options and the box price being over $100, most collectors who can't afford it would be best off buying into a box break.

I strongly recommend using Midwest Box Breaks for your breaking needs. They are always hitting the big pulls so if they are breaking this, you could put yourself in a good spot. They also SHIP ALL CARDS! Get what you pay for!

Please thank Panini America and Tracy Hackler for providing this box for me to review to giveaway some of the hits ON TWITTER!! Please follow them on all social media sites and visit their website for all your card needs, HERE.
