Select Returns To Football For 2013

Panini released early images and early info on the return of Select Football. The last time any of us saw Select football was in 1996 so it has been quite sometime. I am glad to see Panini dig back into Pinnacle/Donruss past and bring back some of my favorite 90's products.

 

Tom Brady is what the base cards will appear like.

  

The design for the base cards seems to carry over to their rookie patch/autos and 

 

 to the signature cards in the product as well.

Select Football will deliver Prizm type technology throughout the product and four autographs, four Prizms, six inserts, four Rookie Cards and two retired Legends in every 14-pack MASTER box.

Each MASTER box of 2013 Select Football will include two seven-pack mini boxes (six cards per pack) and the product will introduce new inserts such as Select Signatures, Select In Motion, Hot and White Hot Veterans and Select Stripes.

From early images I like I what I see from the product. And despite a new twist to it adding the Prizm technology, the design still feels 90's. Which it's good to stick to something that works.

The product is set to arrive in Mid December.
