Rodney's Cardboard:2023 Absolute Historical Duals Autograph Rodney Hampton/Ottis Anderson Gold /10

Well, I just realized I forgot to post a new Rodney's Cardboard this week. Since it's really late, past 11pm where I am and I need to get to bed, I thought I would still sneak a post in and make it a quick one so I don't disappoint those of you who still read this blog and check out my Rodney Hampton collection.

I really wished more of you would return back, read and comment again!

Today's card comes thanks to Shane from Cheap Wax Wednesday fame continues my rainbow chase for 2023 Absolute Historic Duals and now it brings me down to just needing the 1/1 and the /5 purple. I have yet to see the purple pop up, but I have seen the 1/1 leave in the hands of another collector on eBay already. It doesn't stop me from hoping they re-list it or that I just stick to chasing the purple and forget about the top dog in the chase. Because when it comes to Rodney, it's about getting all that I can.

Thoughts on my latest add and if you have seen the purple /5 welcomed in comments.

ONLY One More To Go!

For anyone who has ever chased a sport card rainbow, you know the struggle is real.

Usually the struggle is finding the lowest numbered cards.

That isn't the case in my chase for the complete 2022 Score Kenny Golladay rainbow.

I already had the 1/1. I already had the /6. I had both /10s.

But, what I didn't have, is the /99 and the /399.

You would think with as many packs as many rip now-a-days that it would be easy to find the higher numbered needs.

It's not.

Finally with some two-years of patience, one of the final two popped up.

The Electric /99 parallel looks as stunning as the name states.

And fills in the empty gap that I had nicely.

Now onto finding the last missing piece. Just hoping it doesn't take two-years like this one did.

Rodney's Cardboard:2023 Optic Signature Series Autograph

Welcome back to another NEW Rodney's Cardboard post!

You must have thought after my long May run of these that it was over with, well, there are more to come after some recent trades and pickups!

Thanks to Panini's recent Rodney sticker dump, I have been finding Rodney in more products this year than ever.

I didn't even know he was in Optic until I saw an eBay listing. The good news is, there aren't any parallels to this one that I have found so this one card will be all I need. It's also not numbered so who knows how many of these exist.

There will be more Rodney's coming up including some rarer ones.
