Rodney's Cardboard:1996 Pacific Printing Plate

Another new Rodney, another new Rodney plate and another thank you goes out to Shane from Cheap Wax Wednesday fame.
Today's plate is from 1996 Pacific football, one of my favorite base card designs from the Pacific line.

There isn't much else to say about printing plates so I must apologize for short posts. It's not like there are odds on it.

Thanks again to Shane and for everyone coming to check it out. Next week, another Rodney....plate.

Show Me The Way:1998 Bowman Chrome Interstate Refractors

Falling at 1:24 packs, Interstate refractors were a parallel of a parallel of a parallel.

There was the Interstate parallel that fell at 1:4 packs, then a refractor parallel that fell 1:12 packs and this one is the toughest of the group with it being one-per-box.

Can you imagine having pulled a Peyton Manning one?

For now, I will take another new addition to my Way PC.

Back of card shows the Interstate Parallel license plate and says refractor under the card number.

As of now, this is the last Way I have to show off until more come in.

Until then, if you have any Ways to contribute to my super PC, Show Me The Way!!

We are back in what could be the finale of this segment.

Let's see if that brings us some luck shall we?
I finally got my hands onto some 2020 Mosaic through a trade and it will take on a blaster of Chronicles Draft 2021 I found at Walmart.

Let's wage a battle!

Mosaic first...hoping for some fun.

Meh...wasn't as much fun as I expected and now I own 5 of these Jones since many mailed them to me.

Chronicles time,

Lawrence !

Silver Wilson

(surprise auto...defensive player...ugh)

And Kyle Trask to end it. I feel like I keep pulling that guy.

Well....if I was to take a vote here...I would say Chronicles because of the better rookie cards. Mosaic had the shine, but wasn't quite what I anticipated.

Let me know your thoughts and the winner in the comments!

And we are back again, back for another Pack Wars!

I am not sure how long this series will go for as I only have one more battle left in drafts and it doesn't really seem to be much of a hit for readers, so I will decide after the next one whether I will continue these or not.

In the meantime, for those that do enjoy these, let's check out today's battle.

It's a battle of two hanger boxes, 2020 Donruss and 2021 Prestige football.

Let's see what was inside of the Prestige first,

(boo yeah!! I intercepted this one in the pack)

(my first card of his)

Now onto the Donruss break,

I am not sure which box to choose here. A few solid rookies in Donruss but a decent pull from Prestige and a PC card.

Let's hear your thoughts in comments below!

Rodney's Cardboard:1995 Classic NFL Experience Printing Plate

Rodney is back and I have a new one to show off thanks to my buddy Shane of Cheap Wax Wednesday fame.

Today's Printing Plate marks my 6th plate I have of Rodney in my collection.
This plate is from the 1995 Classic NFL Experience set. I didn't bother posting the back of the plate since these ones are typically just a blank back.

These 90's plates I feel are a bit tougher to land then plates from today. If it's not obvious, it's because they are from the 90's and who knows how they were distributed.

Another plate down and more...wait what did I just put...more to come.

Nekbone Sends Jones

If you don't follow me on Twitter, you truly miss a lot of stuff I do. There is only so much I can do on a blog to interact with you guys.

Though, I did have a trading tab a long time ago on here, however, nobody ever used it. I had hundreds of PWE trade bait cards for every sport and not a single person ever bit so I made a successful Trading Tuesday thread and a PWE Trading Thread on Sundays.

My buddy @Nekbone860, who is also a fellow Giants fan, and myself pulled off a small pwe trade involving our similar football team likes.

2021 Prizm Draft refractors

Plaxico Living Legends

Jones Xtra Points /99

Thanks again to @Nekbone860 for the trade! Hope we can pull off another one soon!

Today is my 19th wedding anniversary and like I do every year, I celebrate it on here.

It's a another way to thank my wife who always has supported my hobby....and mess all over the house. (penny sleeves here and there, card stacks, mail box with packages, etc.)

Happy Anniversary!!

(sorry for no card today, the best 19 I could think of is Kenny Golladay and even he isn't having a great season for the Giants)

(Speaking of the Giants, check out the tabs at the top of the blog, I have updated all but three of them with my player PC's. Only three I haven't had the chance to update is Saquon, Slayton and Jones)

It's back and back with a fury in the latest Pack Wars post. There may be quite a few of these coming up so hope you have been enjoying this series, I am also trying to use up some of my backlogged posts.

Today it's the battle of chromed up Panini products, let's check it out.

We will go with the older product of the two and see how the Optic goes,

(PC Love card)

(imagine the value on the Stidham before they drafted Mac Jones)

TJ Watt silver

Ryan Finley relic

Now the Prizm.

(Cooper Silver)

(Not bad on the Evans)

(Best two rookie pulls from Prizm this year, well last year)

Now it's time to hear your vote on which break was better. The Optic had a hit, but the Prizm was lacking theirs. Optic had stronger base cards, but Prizm had better rookies.

Let's see where you sway in comments!
