Random Cardboard Of The Day:2021 Goodwin Champions Platinum Blue Parallel Mikaela Shiffrin

I have been trying to grow my Mikaela Shiffrin PC more and more recently and climb the ranks of TCDB. 

I should move up some levels once I add in my newest ones. 

I won't be top dog yet though, I think TCDB still takes in the dupe counts when they have their numbers and since I don't have or keep dupes, these are all singles for me which also drives my numbers down.

 

This newest add is her rookie card Platinum Blue parallel. 

Having blue as my favorite color and feeling like this one matches the overall look of the card with her photo.

My Favorite Shiffrins

I collect Mikaela Shiffrin.

I don't die hard collect her, but I collect enough of her to make it worthwhile. She is one of the very few local celebrities we have here. Even though she wasn't born here, she went to ski school here and that is only about 20 minutes from where I live which is super cool.

My last three adds were some of my favorite ones of her PC so far.

This is my first PMG. This is a red /150. Looks great.

When a relic card of hers popped up for $3, it had to be mine. Once again, another nice-looking card.

Then finally, a dream card of mine. I always wanted to own a 90's version of this kind of card, but at least I have one now and it's a PC player.

A Jambalaya!! Such a cool card!! These are also very hard to land as they are case hits I believe.

Never Tired Of This Shiff

Hey!

Just thought I would show off my latest Mikaela Shiffrin card to my PC of her.

I grabbed this one for less than $2 after it got re-listed and not bid on the first time where I missed out on it.

It’s a 2021 Goodwin Champions Splash Of Color Lenticular and it’s more spectacular than it appears on here. It actually probably ranks up there as my favorite cards of her now.

If only I could land an autograph next.
