Breakin Wax: 1990 Upper Deck Baseball Low Number Series Pack Break

A year after setting the baseball card market on fire, Upper Deck released its second baseball product on the market. Though it didn't have the excitement that Griffey brought, it still had names of Juan Gonzalez, David Justice, Ray Lankford, Dean Palmer, Sammy Sosa, and Larry Walker.

In each pack of 1990 Upper Deck baseball low number series, were 15 cards and 1 hologram. The design was basic, but the photography was still very nice.

*Barry Bonds* looking very serious here. Might have to use this for a future Caption This card, I bet we all could have some fun with this one.

I really liked this design. Would have made for some fun inserts in the 90's.They remind me of Fleer Pro Visions back then.

Hologram! Upper Deck did some amazing work with this technology.
Overall, nothing too exciting. No Sosa rookie, no Reggie Jackson inserts or autographs (this was unlikely anyways) and only a few name players. This kind of break is more for fun and nostalgia more than anything else and it was just that.
