Don't Judge Me

First off, new blogger is awful. I hate it. I always find some new glitch every day like today's post. It wouldn't let me move the pictures up towards the words. Other days I can't upload more than 7 photos at a time. New blogger falls under the category of  don't change a good thing.

Anyways, I made a very quick pwe trade with fellow blogger Dion's Autograph Collection. This is already our third trade this year or maybe more.  This one though is the smallest of the group.

This one brought me home some PC adds. Most baseball which is a sport I continue to fall away from collecting as much. At this point it's football at the top followed by non sport cards and baseball is almost falling behind basketball cards now. But,dont judge me because in a small trade like this I don't mind adding to my main PC's for baseball in Gleyber Torres and Aaron Judge. It's just not something I really focus on.

New Gleybers,

New Judge,

And a new Daniel Jones card for my Giants PC.

If only his Field Vision was better this year. A better offensive line would help but I love the design and photography on this card.

Thanks to Dion for another quick and easy trade! Looking forward to the next.

Another Trade With Dion

I believe this will be my third completed trade with Dion's Autograph Collection blog this year. He just keeps finding more and more stuff I need.

I didn't post everything he sent, but I did post the key pieces. Let's roll that beautiful bean footage...I mean Giants.

Boom chalakakakakakaka

Along with the Giants, the beginning base of this trade came from some cards he posted FT on his blog. I am not one for graded cards, but if they are cool cards or players I collect, I will take them.
Such as this Kurt Warner

90's parallel of Torry Holt

It's Brett Favre people!

And a base rookie of El Duque to go with my refractor. I loved watching him pitch with his leg kick.

That does it for another trade with Dion. Thanks again for the trade and hope to do another soon!

Leaping For This Autograph

Last seasons rookie class in the NFL was phenomenal. You had Mayfield, Darnold, my boy Saquon of course and then Lamar Jackson just to name a few.

Jackson somehow put the Ravens on his back and carried them to the playoffs where they were taken down. But still. They didn't look like they had a shot til he got the job. I wished they had actually won that playoff game as I think they matched up better vs the Patriots then the Chargers did. I think that showed once the Chargers played the Pats. That was an awful game.

Anyways, I spent a good part of last season chasing down autograph cards of future studs and Jackson was on my list. Only problem, I couldn't find one available FT.

That's what got me to think a bit deeper. Isn't Dion's Autograph collection a Ravens fan? Doesn't he get autographs from all of the players? Hmmm. Let's search his blog.

And boom.

Multiple Jackson sightings on there. They may not be autographs from a card company, which is my much bigger preference, but I know these are authentic at least and he is a good trader so I approached him about a trade.

And as always, he was more than happy to and gave me options of which ones to choose.

I chose this option as I am a geek for great photography as well. His signature could use some work but not his signature moves. Look at that leap!

This doesn't mean I am still not in search of an autograph card, but for now this will due.

Thanks goes out to Dion for another great trade and for sending this securely and even in a toploader. I look forward to our next one!

Lots Of Autographs!

Recently with what started off as a small trade for a card I really wanted, turned into so much more with Dion's Autograph Collection blog.

I won't show the card I originally I was spying on in our trade as that's being saved for a Origins post, but, I will show off the rest.

Let's take a gander at this big sized trade:

Some Giants in tossed in as a surprise, which I love the Jumbo Elliot monsters card, along with some Griffeys that I needed. Well, just the start of the Griffeys that I needed.

and needed

and needed

and needed (well at least some)

and needed. That's a lot of new needs. I will need to update my Junior numbers on here again with all of the sorting and sleeving I have been doing with him.

Up next, here comes the autographs. Dion gave me a list of players he had available FT and I took ones that I wanted.

Trent Dilfer 90's guy for me. I just like to forget he beat my Giants in the Super Bowl

RG3. I wanted it and can't explain why.

Gary Kubiak. I grabbed this more for the coaching aspect. I do like the throwback Broncos jersey but still like the new one more.

Jamal Lewis. I liked watching him run.

Ozzie!

Spags! I really wanted this one the most out of them all. Dude was the reason why the Giants won Super Bowl 42. Most memorable game of my life. Too bad it didn't feature him in his Giants T, but I will take it regardless.

Brian Billick who I had wanted to coach the Giants after they fired a few other coaches and he left Baltimore. Didn't work out though.

And my boy Amani Toomer Signature Rookies auto. Look under his armpit if you can't see it. This is the same size as a 8x10 photo.

Thanks goes out to Dion for the trade and for being patient with my slightly delayed mailing. I look forward to our next one!
