SI For Kids Cards January 2017

Here is my third installment of this series.

I have been collecting SI For Kids cards for year and thought I would share them with you and help you decide if you should pick up the latest issue of SI For Kids for yourself.

This months issue comes with a very important and my first Auston Matthews rookie as the headliner. There are other pro athletes as well and other ones you gotta keep an eye out on in the future.

SCC/Topps Monthly Promo January 2017

I would hope by now you heard the great news I announced yesterday, if not, just take a quick scroll back to yesterday and the big announcement on the promo I will be running all of 2017.

Here are the details for month one and how you can become SCC/Topps Collector of the month in January!:

• This promo is ONLY open to U.S. Residents or those who have a shipping address in the U.S.
• Deadline for a January submission will be December 31st 2016 by 8 pm e.t.
• You MUST have an email to me at sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com by that date with your picture of you/your pet/loved one/or just your favorite TOPPS card or cards and a name for your picture to be included in January. The more creative the better so people will vote for you.
• If you miss the deadline posted above, you will have to wait til February to enter.
• I will post the pictures up as soon as I can for the votes to start. I will keep the entry link to the top right of the blog just above the voting after posting it so visitors can see which one they want to vote on.
• You can promote people to vote on you anyway you like. Whether you blog it, tweet it, Facebook it, forum it, etc. There are no limitations on this and no limitations on the amount of these you do.
• Winner will be announced after a couple of weeks of voting, in case of a tie, I will be the deciding vote and make note of who I voted for and why.
• Winner for the month of January will get a shot at a big grand prize lot for SCC/Topps Collector Of The Year that will take place in December.
• Everyone who didn't win in January, automatically move onto February to compete against the others from January and possible new entries for February. You may submit a new picture if you would like, if not, I will just carry over what I already have.
• Prizes will vary in size, sport and what they are per month depending on what Topps reviews I receive.

January Monthly Giveaway!

To start off the new year we have decided instead of doing weekly giveaways, we will stick with a monthly one. The weekly giveaways seemed to have lost interest of many of you so we think switching to a challenging monthly one where you control your own destiny of winning. We really enjoy watching the competition. And as always there are daily deadlines and some twists involved on some days.

The Daily challenges will change as the sports do.

Every month the prize lot will include 2-3 autos or jersey cards. Mix of inserts. 2 unopened packs of something. And other odds and ends. The lot is based on what we get and put together. Each month the size of the lot will be different as well.

The contest will run for 20 days.

We will award up to 3 winners with AT LEAST 15 PARTICIPANTS EVERY DAY. We have seen other daily contests have 4 times that at least so we know we can do better.
