That's actually the Red Hot parallel, and should be serially numbered on the back. The basic version has silver foil and is not numbered. I am a big fan of this insert. I've got almost dozen of them, combining both basic and Red Hot. That may not seem like a lot but most of the relic sets have 2 or 3 in my collection if that many.
