Nuttin But The Hits:2015 Upper Deck USA Football

I have posted many times about this product. It's one that's packed with autographs of possible future NFL stars. So why not take a chance on this??

Each box comes with 12 hits with a combo of jersey, auto and patch cards. Boxes will run roughly $80.

Some of these guys sign great, other sign EZW lol.

 

Stricklin's signature is very similar to Rueben Randles...and he is a top recruit to Baylor

And they come with some pretty slick GAME USED patch cards. Normally I think one is jersey and one is patch per box. I got lucky that's all.

 

 

Overall, solid box break as always of this product. Hopefully someday I have found the next HOFer in these boxes. I have many players from a variety of years to keep an eye on.

Hobby Break 'Em: 2013 Upper Deck Canada Hockey 2 Pack Break

I heard a lot of great things about this product and seen some great pulls as well. So I decided, hey, why not pick up a couple of packs and see what this is all about!

In every pack of Upper Deck Canada hockey, you will find 5 cards. 1 of those cards being a base card Sp.  Each pack will cost you about $3.99 depending on where you buy. You can find some pretty nice autograph cards of stars like Sidney Crosby that are randomly inserted into hobby packs.

Now I didn't hit any autographs, but here is what I did get:

Overall, nothing to exciting as no hits were found, but what was exciting ,was the photography that Upper Deck used. They definitely know how to capture the game and your attention.

Player Of The Day Canadian Contest Winners Announced!

The turnout for this contest was very disappointing as only 3 participated. So all this means is that finding two winners wasn't that hard. Thanks goes out to the three who participated in this part of the promotion and we appreciate your hard work.

Porter spent 17 years in league as a player. Not much after retiring in 2002, he jumped into coaching and has been head coach twice, first with Milwaukee Bucks and then with the Phoenix Sun. He is now an assistant with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Due to him being in the Elusive Ink set, you won't find too many of his autographs out on the market. Here is your chance to own it!**

**And a redemption card for a Jordan Reed Momentum Football Rookie Signature 2013. Reed has looked great so far with the Washington Redskins as a TE. He was selected in the third round of this years draft. Some of his cards, especially autographs, are starting to see up arrows on the market**

Sport Card Collectors Panini Player Of The Day Canadian Promo (Updated)

Since Panini has a Player Of The Day promo in Canada we thought it would be fun to have Canadians be able to participate in our promo.

Up for grabs in this contest are three unscratched autographed redemption cards. We will scratch off the redemptions and email the redemption codes to the winners when the contest ends. There will be two winners, first place will get two of the unscratched autograph redemption codes. Second place will get one. The First Place winner gets to select which two they want, then the second place winner gets the last one.

Now onto how to enter:

First off, click onto this logo and visit the POD Website. Please visit it daily for updated info and to show Panini WE are helping lead the way to their website :)

 

Next, this is broken down to a  point system.We tried to incorporate those of you who may not have a shop nearby or have the funds to buy anything with as we understand that. We don't have a shop nearby and don't always have the funds either. That way you guys can earn points as well! If you can't afford to go to your shop, just pick up your phone and call the ones below. More info on the calling part is in the Earn 2 Points section.

The points will break down as so:

• Earn 1 point if you have your picture taken with the Player Of The Day poster at a participating shop without purchase. Send picture of you and the poster to sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com to earn your point. You must have the poster in your picture for the points to count.
• Earn 2 points for every shop you call on the Player Of The Day participating list and ask the questions we have listed below along with giving us the name of the shop and the shop owner and location of the shop. You can call as many DIFFERENT shops as you like. Make sure to email us the answers of the questions to sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com and we will update the list of shops that have been already called so we can hit as many different ones as possible. We will randomly pick shops ourselves to call to check up on your answers so make sure you are doing your work the honest way. (you can also earn the 2 points for asking the shop owner you visit these questions as well. Meaning you could earn up to 8 points for that one visit)
• And you will earn a whopping 5 points for visiting a participating shop, making a purchase and getting a picture of you and your purchase next to the shops Player Of The Day Poster. National Hockey Card Day..WITH CONTEST!

Upper Deck put on another great and successful National Hockey Card Day in both the U.S. and in Canada. We were fortunate enough to get our hands onto three packs of each. We will showcase some of the cards here and at the end look for a chance to win a four card lot with two from US and two from Canada.

Each set for each US and Canada is of 15 cards. That are broken down into 5 card subsets. There are five cards per pack in each. One card is a checklist while others are the base cards. Also look for randomly inserted autographs. We didn't pull any. The card stock is very high gloss and a very well design for both as well. The checklists only allow you to hit star players. You cannot go wrong.
