25 Days Of Cardmas Day 4:Jingle Snell

Jingle Snells, Jingle Snells, Jingle all the way!!

I am more of a Jingle Bell Rock kinda guy when it comes to my Jingle Bell songs.

How many of us grew up singing that song at our school holiday concerts? Raise your hand....oh all of you! I see....I remember doing this song sometimes with a bell and sometimes with just my non Mariah Carey voice.

It was sometimes really hard to even try to sing with so many in the crowd and many of those holding up their VHS Camcorders knowing that it could come back to haunt me some day.

Which it hasn't....yet.

These Santa Hat relics were not easy pulls and were limited to the 2019 Topps Walmart Holiday Mega boxes. This one is /75.

Thanks to the @BbaptistThe for the RAK of this card. I really wanted one of these last year when the product came out but never landed one. One of the cooler Santa hat relics out there.

So now I gotta know, what would you guys choose? Jingle Bells or Jingle Bell rock?

Best Nachos I Ever Had!

There has been a lot of generosity throughout this holiday season and it's been great to view. I have seen other collectors support each other, I have supported some and I have received some. One of those guys was Nachos Grande Blog who took down all commenters want lists and did his best to help.

He took down the fact I collect non sport, don't think there are many bloggers that do, and sent me some goodies. First up, some cool Allen And Ginter I didn't have including Bruce Lee and Tony Hawk base.

Then we got political. No we didn't discuss politics, that always goes ugly, but instead he sent me some.

And some more...

And finally some more. I am a huge fan of these 2008 ones. I believe I am closing in on the set. May be missing only a couple.

Bart Giamatti

Awesome Celebrity Predictor from 2010 Upper Deck. I have a few of these but not this one of Enrique and Anna. 16 years strong.

And to end it, two packs of cards. One was a Tristar TNA and the other is Yo! MTV Raps. both I am saving for my new series in 2018 called Rainy Day Wax.

A big thanks goes out to Nachos for the mail day and the generosity. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Help The Hobby Less Fortunate

I am always someone who thinks about the less fortunate and as the holiday season creeps upon us I think about it even more. So I have a challenge for all of you who read this during the holiday season (even after). Go and help the less fortunate. There are many ways to help that wouldn't cost you a dime. Spend time with the elderly at nursing homes, volunteer at soup kitchens and churches, help the homeless and donate your unused food or clothing items. And if you are fortunate enough to help with money make donations to local places that hand out toys, food and clothing during the holiday season. Believe me, every penny counts.

I would also like to challenge you to help those who are Hobby Less Fortunate. What is that you may ask, it's for those who may not be able to afford the hobby, don't know what the hobby is or just sending a collector something because you appreciate them.

Here are ways you can help:
  1. Donate those base cards that are just collecting dust in your house to great organizations like Cards2Kids or Commons4Kids. You can also go to your local Children's Hospitals, local churches or just find places where you can hand some out. And remember it can be more than just base cards. Let's get more cards into peoples hands especially during the holidays. And more than likely we all have some cards just sitting around.
  2.    Send another collector a surprise package consisting of their favorite players and teams. You can leave it anonymous if you happen to have their address on hand so it's a surprise or just contact them and tell them that you have a little something you wanted to give them.
  3. Pay It Forward. If someone does something nice for you, pass it on. That's a great way to spread cheer!
  4.  And it's really important to remember our soldiers overseas. They are doing so much for us and the least we can do is a little something for them. There are a bunch of soldiers who collect overseas. Send them a nice care package of unopened packs or get involved with a card company such as Upper Deck (who does a lot of pack sending overseas) and work with them on it. Show them we are thinking of them!
Most of these challenges won't cost you much and when it comes to helping others, the joy and cheer you will receive is priceless. Let us know if you take on our challenges and send us some pictures if you do so. We would love to see what you are doing to help others and to help others in the hobby.

Have a great holiday season, Merry Christmas and remember to help those less fortunate!
