A Giant Haul

Like we always do. Shane and I pulled off a big trade in what will lead up to a much bigger trade by years end.

Today's haul was a Giant one...yes bad puns today. This isn't even all of the Giants cards as there were Rodney Hamptons involved as well, but most Hamptons I had except for one. That one will be featured on my weekly segment.

For now, enjoy the rest of my haul,

A trio of Julian Love autos

I have been wanting a Dungey auto and got my first Holmes Giants jersey auto

Numbered Shepard cards

A duo of Toney autos, one of these is /7

Red Zone Toney /20

A handful of Toney Score rookies

Slayton base rookies

A couple of Slayton relics

Slayton auto relic

A pair of nice Slayton Contenders autos, both are die cut and numbered to 86

A guy finally proving his worth this season, Danny Dimes.

More Dimes

And a relic of him

Up next, my winner for design of the year in 2019 for a Panini football product.

These Titans were included in Panini Chronicles. I was quite surprised that this didn't turn into a product. I am just glad two Giants were on the checklist.

Thanks again to Shane for the beginning parts of this mail day, more to come on this one soon!

Comin' In Hot:On The Defensive

I recently pulled off a good sized trade with fellow NY Giants fan @Seth_Murphy8. He had a stack of Giants I was very interested in having. It was such a good sized trade that it takes two parts for me to post it. Stay tuned for the offensive part next week.

So we worked out a pretty fast trade and I got to bring home some much needs for my Giants PC as I still don't have much going into the 2019 season.

Julian Love Panini Black

Red Parallel for Absolute of Love

My first autographs of him. I like his siganture

And another one.

The X-Man! He has made an impact on this defense so far. I look forward to see how much more he does. By the way, first autograph of him.

Baker had a rough start to the year but seems to be figuring things out. Hopefully he will be a CB one next year.

My second Dre auto. His auto isn't as pretty as Loves.

The Giants received Jabril Peppers and the 17th pick in the draft for Odell Beckham Jr. So far, despite how it sounded unfair at the time, it has been rewarding. Peppers has upped his game and the Giants used that pick to grab Dexter Lawrence who has been a menace up front. As for Odell, well, he isn't having the greatest time in Cleveland. Seems like the Giants won that trade.

More Lawrence.

Some Lawrence autos

and another with some parallels from Panini Black.

Well that does it for today's defensive shut down. The second part of this mail day coming up soon!

Jones'in For Some Cardboard

I was Jones'in for some cardboard for the longest time and haven't pulled off any major trades in months and months. Well, all of that was coming to an end as I finally saved up enough money for shipping to pull off multiple trades and sent them all out.

Now it was the waiting game on my end.

One of those trades I took a chance on and glad I did. I don't normally just throw myself out there in a trade but this time I did when @MbYc-Benner posted some hits from his stop at his LCS. There was no way I wasn't going to miss out on these ones.

Especially one card I really wanted.

First, @MbYc-Benner passed along a couple of freebies including the Strahan above and this numbered Eli Manning.

And this green parallel from Legacy numbered to 100.

Now we really dig in.
My first autograph of Giants newest defensive back in Deandre Baker who was one of their three first round picks. I don't normally load up on defense but at least needed one.

Darius Slay sporting the Giants blue. He was a late round draft pick with speed  the Giants need. Can't wait to watch him in a month for preseason.

And the one guy I know all Giants fans can't wait to see is Daniel Jones. Finally landed an autograph and he is wearing some Giants blue in it. And it's on card folks! Once I saw this card, this Giants fan was going to go all out to get it and I did. Very happy.

Thanks to @MbYc-Benner for being a great trader and nice dude. I suggest others to trade with him as well and ships very safe and fast.

I have many more mail days to come so stay tuned for some biggies! I may have been Daniel Jones'in again!

Pieces Of My Future #13:Got Some Finally!

After the NFL Draft, I was in a flurry trying to get some cards of the Giants first round QB Daniel Jones as I didn't have any. I was and have been also trying to land a Jones autograph via trade but I have had zero takers. It was the same amount of takers I had on this blog for my PWE section so I pulled it.

My buddy @Brent3323 came to the rescue with my first cards of the Giants QB and even sent along some other friends with him. Dudes so nice and generous.

Check out what he sent also!

Daniel Jones! I gotta update my Giants numbers with my first two! (if you have any send 'em my way!)

Also sent the third Giants first round grab in Baker. They have been needing another lockdown corner and I was completely on board with this.

 Numbered Nassibs

Steve Smith numbered. I wished he could had stayed more healthy. Still a Super Bowl hero in my mind.

Jennings numbered

A new Eli! He continues to be my second biggest Giants collection.

Evan Engram living in the shadows of Jeremy Shockey still. He shows flashes but has to be more consistent especially next year when they will need him.

 Shiny Select!

Lorenzo Carter numbered parallel. I really need his autograph still.

Another David Wilson hit for that PC

 A new Andre Williams

And a Wayne Gallman autograph to end. I kind of wonder how much longer he will be a Giant with their recent signing of Rod Smith from Dallas to possibly back up Saquon. Maybe he makes them have a three headed monster who knows.

Thanks again to Brent for his generosity again. I have been putting a nice stack aside for you that I hope to get out at some point.
