Today's card isn't a redemption version, it's a winning card.
Back in 1994, Upper Deck inserted Predictor cards at a rate of 1:20 in it's retail product. If the featured player did the feat they posted, you could exchange that card for a set of winning cards with foil. It was a fun promo that I wished still was around today.
Once again, cards like these are not always easy to find. I see many people selling these as the full sets instead of the individual cards that would sell for a much less premium. At least this Hampton was found at a reasonable $2.
