2017 MLB Pick 'Em Promotion!

I have finally reached a decision on how I am going to do contests with my Topps cards from my reviews going forward this summer/fall at least. I am going to do one great MLB Pick Em promo.

Make sure to read each and every detail of the directions below. If anything is confusing, just ask in comments for clarification. It's really pretty simple and fun.

1. First off, please give a thanks to Topps and BCW Supplies for helping with prizes in this promotion.
2. This contest is ONLY open to U.S. Residents and those with an address in the U.S but live outside of it. I apologize, but shipping is nuts and I can't afford to ship everywhere as I am on a limited budget. But I do appreciate all of my readers.
3. This is an MLB Pick Em promo. And what will make this even more fun is setting it up like MLB. There will be a Sport Card Collectors League (AL)  and a BCW Supplies league (NL). There will be three divisions in each league each named after a Topps product. That post just published so give it a look.
4. And just like the MLB, there will be playoffs when the season ends. You will need to win your division or a Wild Card spot to be in the playoffs and have a chance at the World Series title. 
5. Division settings will be determined by the order you enter the contest. Ex. If Tom, Mary, John, Gavin, Phillip and so on entered, John would be the start of the AL and be placed in the first division. Mary the second, Gavin the third and then Phillip would start off the NL part and so on and so forth.
6. Each Sunday, I will pick 5-7 MLB games, this may vary as it could be more or less, that will be played on the upcoming Friday which gives you five days to get your entries in. (NOTE:This is the current plan. But, sometimes life can get in the way and there may be weeks I miss. I will note if a week is missing)
7. You must pick the winner for each game I post. You will earn one point for each game right and zero for games wrong. Pretty simple.
8. On Saturdays, unless I am too busy, sick or happen to miraculously go on vacay, I will add up the totals and hope to update all division standings so you will see where you stack up before Sunday where the next round of games will be announced.
9. I will be playing along as well and as a twist, you must beat me to win a prize. I will post my game pick winners for the week within the post so you know I am not cheating. 
10. I may throw in a few twists here and there to make it a bit more difficult such as ways for you to lose points, etc and All-Star weekend will be a bye-week.
11. As for the prizes, there will be 2 monthly winners. One winner from each league. One will get an autograph card from one of my Topps reviews (that will be shipped via PWE as I was given some tips on how to improve my shipping on those) and the other will get a small prize pack from BCW. The monthly winners will be the persons who picked the most games right for the month or for the 4 weeks. If there are multiple ties, a random will decide the winner and the person at the top will get their choice of prize first. If there isn't a tie, the person with the most games right will be the one who gets to choose the prize first.
12. But, the most exciting part is the World Series. At the end of the entire season,two will face off  just like in baseball but only one person will win one epic prize pack from cards I have already set aside and some from every 2017 review for Topps I do. It should be pretty loaded by years end. Not to mention a pretty solid prize pack from BCW is also in the mix!
13. The first round of games will be posted on April 2nd. 
14. In case of any ties by years end in the divisions, random.org will decide the fate.
15. Info on the playoffs will be announced in October along with who is in and who is out.

BLOGGERS NOTE:Any newbies that want to join in after the first week and forward, ARE ALLOWED TO. The newbies will be placed in the division that gives them the best chance to win. Newbies also still have a shot at monthly prizes even if they can't win it all. But, I suggest you stay on your A-game because you just never know what twists and turns may occur and who may win.
